Tropical Fruit Tart Pie


What You Need

  • 1 9" Keebler® Ready Crust® Shortbread Pie Crust
  • 2 cups vanilla pudding, made according to package instructions
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced pineapple
  • 1 kiwi, quartered and thinly sliced
  • 6 strawberries, halved and thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp water

How To Make It

  1. 1. Add vanilla pudding to Keebler® Ready Crust® Shortbread Pie Crust and spread evenly.
  2. 2. Garnish with slices of fruit in a shingled pattern.
  3. 3. Whisk together honey and water, and brush mixture over fruit to glaze.
  4. 4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve.
  5. 5. Note: Ernie recommends mixing and matching your favorite fruits to make unique patterns!
