Tropical Fruit Tart Pie
What You Need
- 1 9" Keebler® Ready Crust® Shortbread Pie Crust
- 2 cups vanilla pudding, made according to package instructions
- ½ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup thinly sliced pineapple
- 1 kiwi, quartered and thinly sliced
- 6 strawberries, halved and thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp water
How To Make It
- 1. Add vanilla pudding to Keebler® Ready Crust® Shortbread Pie Crust and spread evenly.
- 2. Garnish with slices of fruit in a shingled pattern.
- 3. Whisk together honey and water, and brush mixture over fruit to glaze.
- 4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve.
