S'mores Cookie Dough Pie
What You Need
- 1 10” Keebler® Ready Crust® Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- 1 24.3 oz. tub no bake cheesecake filling
- 1 8 oz. tub whipped topping
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup hazelnut spread
- 7 oz. prepared safe-to-eat smores cookie dough, crumbled
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
- 1 graham cracker
- 1 large square milk chocolate bar
- 1 giant marshmallow
How To Make It
- 1. In a large mixing bowl combine cheesecake filling, whipped topping, cocoa powder, and hazelnut spread. Add cookie dough crumbles and pour into graham shell and smooth out into an even, flat layer. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- 2. Top the pie with mini marshmallows and chocolate chunks.
- 3. Bonus: For an extra S'mores-like-touch, brown marshmallows with a kitchen torch, while being careful not to burn the surrounding pie.
