Classic graham cracker pie crust filled with layers of chocolate brownie filling, toasted mini marshmallows, pecans, dark chocolate sauce, and E.L. Fudge® Original cookies.

What you need

3.5" Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts
cups prepared brownie mix

E.L. Fudge® Original cookies
2
Tbsp chopped pecans
Tbsp dark chocolate sauce

mini marshmallows

Let's get making

1.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.
On baking tray, place 6 3.5" Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts. Spoon 2 heaping tablespoons of prepared brownie mix into each crust.

Bake for 12-15 minutes.
4.
While still warm from the oven, place 5-6 mini marshmallows on top of each pie, and carefully torch them with a culinary torch, being careful not to burn the brownie filling around them.
5.
Place 1 E.L. Fudge® Original cookie in each pie, sticking out at an angle, elf-front side up around the top of the pie, resting in between marshmallows.
6.
Sprinkle some of the chopped pecan pieces on each pie.
7.
Lightly drizzle each pie with dark chocolate sauce to finish.
