Mississippi Mud Pie
What You Need
- 1 9" Keebler® Chocolate Ready Crust®
- ½ cup chocolate brownie mix, prepared
- 1½ cups chocolate pudding
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1½ Tbsp chocolate shavings
- 12 Fudge Stripes™ Original cookies, crumbled
How To Make It
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2. Pour brownie batter into pie crust and spread evenly.
- 3. Bake brownie crust for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
- 4. Once the crust is fully baked, allow it to fully cool.
- 5. Top brownie with chocolate pudding and whipped topping.
- 6. Garnish pie using cocoa powder, chocolate shavings and Fudge Stripes™ and serve.
