Prep Time: 1 Hour
Cool/Setting Time: 2 Hours
Total Time: 3 Hours
Serves: 8

What you need

1
9" Keebler® Ready Crust® Chocolate Pie Crust
4
cups chocolate mousse (see prep instructions below)
2
5.9 oz. instant chocolate pudding mix
4
cups cold milk
1
Tbsp instant espresso powder
2
cups whipped topping
6
strawberries
½
cup chocolate, melted
3
Tbsp coarsely chopped hazelnuts

Let's get making

1.
Prepare the chocolate mousse:
-
In a mixing bowl or stand mixer, vigorously whisk pudding mix packages with 4 cups of cold milk (DO NOT FOLLOW PACKAGE INSTRUCTIONS) and instant espresso powder; working quickly, fold in 2 cups of whipped topping, until mixture is a solid color and has started to thicken. Quickly follow next steps in the pie building instructions to ensure the filling sets in the crust.
2.
Pour the chocolate mousse mixture into the Keebler® Ready Crust® Chocolate Pie Crust and smooth it out into an even, flat layer.
3.
Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours or overnight.
4.
To garnish, melt ½ cup of chocolate of your choice and dip the tips of 3 strawberries into the chocolate; allow chocolate to set.
5.
Remove the pie from the freezer and drizzle the remaining chocolate in an artistic manner on the top of the pie, allowing the chocolate to set.
6.
Cut remaining 3 whole, washed strawberries in half lengthwise.
7.
Toast hazelnuts.
8.
To assemble, arrange chocolate-dipped strawberries, cut strawberries and hazelnuts in a crescent shape along one side of the pie.
