"Hi, My Name Is" Shrunken Heads

Meet Beetlejuice’s bio-exorcist crew of chocolate shrunken heads, each with a shock of licorice hair perched on a Keebler® Fudge Stripes™ cookie.

Keebler® Limited Edition Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Fudge Stripes cookie

“Shrunken Head” (instructions below)

inch long piece of chocolate licorice

Vanilla frosting, as needed

candied eyes

Prepare the Fudge Stripes cookie and mascarpone spheres per the recipe below.

Using a paring knife, carefully fray the chocolate licorice to resemble hair.

Remove spheres from freezer. Place the licorice strip on top of the chocolate "head” using vanilla frosting as an adhesive.

Use vanilla frosting to place candied eyes on the chocolate "head.”

Place the “head” on the hole of the Fudge Stripes cookie and secure with frosting as needed.

Keebler® Limited Edition Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Fudge Stripes cookies

oz. mascarpone

oz. white chocolate chips

drops blue food dye

In a plastic bag, crush the Fudge Stripes cookies and pour into a bowl.

Fold mascarpone into the crushed cookies until it is well-combined.

Melt white chocolate chips according to package directions. Add blue food coloring and stir until dye has absorbed.

Roll the cookie mascarpone mixture into ¼ oz. balls.

Using a toothpick, dip the chocolate spheres into the blue-white chocolate and set on a sheet tray.

Put the sheet tray in the freezer so that the chocolate can set until ready for use.
