Fudge Stripes Beetles

Part cute, part creepy, all delicious. These Fudge Stripes™ Beetles (not to be confused with the ghost with the most) feature sweet cookies and cream filling, a peanut butter and chocolate cap, and eight licorice legs.

Keebler® Limited Edition Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Fudge Stripes cookies

Tbsp cookies and cream frosting, divided

mini peanut butter cup

candied eyes

instructions

Using a paring knife, carefully cut licorice into eight 1" strips.

Spread the cookies and cream frosting on the back of a Fudge Stripes cookie, then create a sandwich by placing the other cookie on top of the frosting.

Add the frosting to the top of the peanut butter cup and the backs of the candied eyes (as an adhesive).

Place the peanut butter cup over the hole on the top of the cookie sandwich. Place the eyes together near the lip of the cookie.

Place four licorice strips in the frosting on each side of the cookie sandwich.
